Comfortable, spacious lodging with gorgeous mountain vistas! The staff was warm and accommodating!

Connectivity was frustrating. The WiFi signal dropped frequently in some areas, hindering necessary online access .

Loved a comfortable stay, I will come back. The hotel was cute with incredibly comfortable location 5 to ten minute walk from the ski lift. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with savoury dishes. The staff were really helpful and patient and the services were good.

I stayed for a couple of nights while exploring the beautiful trails nearby. The location is peaceful, nestled by the river and surrounded by stunning mountain views. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet was a good way to start the day. As a light sleeper, I found the proximity to the road and railway line a bit concerning, so it's worth checking which room you're assigned. A nice experience with great outdoor access.

The breakfast buffet offered a good start to the day, with a good mix of options to please different tastes. The location boasts fine mountain views, delivering a picturesque backdrop for the whole stay.

The mattress in the room felt ancient and was a major issue-broken springs left me cut and uncomfortable, downright unacceptable. The noise from the nearby highway and train disrupted sleep. The toilet had visible stains and the shower was in dire need of an upgrade.

The breakfast was a good spread, with diverse options including gluten-free selections, perfect for energizing before a day of activities.

Unfortunately, the hotel is quite remote, and the only transportation option nearby-the No.2 bus-runs infrequently, which can be a hassle if you miss it.

This place was mildly okay, but the dorms were too cramped for comfort. Bathroom? More like a shoebox! I really thought i would be given a complimentary upgrade, but no! I almost gave this a good review, but it just didn't have that 'special touch'. Sadly disappointed overall, ladies and gentlemen, don't fall for the fancy pictures!
